Chemstream’s unique blend of user “need-oriented” custom D-Dust surfactants (surface active agents) can solve most airborn dust problems with an easy installation of injection pump and product.  Chemstream’s D-Dust brand of surfactants when injected into feed water at a ratio range of 1:1500 to 1:3000 can reduce float, fugitive, and respirable dust by 40% - 60%. Foam Dust Suppression

Chemstream’s TURBO-FOAM dust suppression system can suppress dust more effectively than any other known system available today. The system’s low density/high volume wetted foam is extremely effective in entrapping and smothering coal, rock, and any mineral dust before it has the opportunity to become airborn. And, this type of dust suppression imparts far less moisture than a conventional water spray system. However, it does require a more sophisticated equipment installation to produce the proper consistency of a foam spray application.
