Chemstream can "find tune" your treatment system through the following steps.
- Collect water to be treated into a common channel.
- Aerate the water with the Chemstream Aero-Troff.
- Install Wheel-Treater or Vario-Ject metering system adjacent to the Aero-Troff.
- Set up bulk tanks or totes with Chemstream ChemLiquid, LiquiFloc and/or EverFloc.
- Enhance pond retention with the Chemstream Pond Partitions.
However, before we proceed down this path, we always take you through a series of water problem solving steps.
- On-site observation. We'll visit your job site to observe water handling, current treatment, plant layout & water quality requirements.
- Water sampling. A sample of approximately 3 - 5 gallons of raw water will be taken for analysis.
- Treatability study. Chemstream will do raw water tests. We'll remove TSS and TDS from the water, and determine how much retention will be necessary to produce compliant results.
- Treatment/equipment recommendation proposal. We'll make a recommendation based on the dynamics of the treatability testing. The recommendation will include appropriate chemicals and dosage in order to get the appropriate results. Chemstream will provide a quote on all materials.
